「Fantastic views of the Smith River from the hot tub and dining room and which was just a staircase away! Liked having an EV charger and a clean house with a kitchen that had plenty of utensils, plates and cookware (we would have loved a kettle!). Please fix the fishing rod situation as only 1 was in working order out of the 6. It was also extremely cold in the house when we arrived and the water had not been turned on.」

「The house was incredibly comfortable for our family of 4. We had a perfect Thanksgiving weekend and had everything we needed. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular. The garden delightful. It is Quiet and extremely private. The kitchen worked well for our needs. The tower feels warm and inviting, and all the furniture was comfortable. We loved falling asleep to the stars and waking with the sunrise. Restaurants, stores and ocean bluff trails are all within walking distance. Looking forward to visiting at another time of year where we can enjoy the garden and deck more. If visiting in the colder months...

「This was a very magical stay for us. My boyfriend and I decided to take a small first time vacation together and I chose Mendocino. The Watertower is both private and accessible. No wheelchairs, so if you're not independently mobile choose somewhere else. The accommodations are minimal but perfect! The private jacuzzi is very powerful and the shower is big enough for two! And they give you terry robes to use while there. The bed was super comfy and they furnished a fan, which is a huge deal...

「Great centrally located place for Redwoods and exploring tide pools. Walked across road and down the steps to beach to explore tide pools and a short drive to Redwoods. The house had everything we needed for our stay. 」

「We visited this property in the winter for our visit to nearby Redwood National Park. This cute property is tucked away nicely amongst the trees and even comes with its own chicken and rooster population. The converted barn was a little cold on our first day but the space heater Aneka left heated the room up very nicely. Communication with Aneka was a breeze and she was very responsive over text. "The hotel's promotional photos greatly lowered the hotel's grade, because I think the actual environment of the hotel is much better than in the photos, completely beyond my imagination, the room is very clean and tidy and the scenery is extremely beautiful, the only drawback is that there is no ham sausage for breakfast"
