「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「My flight arrived 4 hours earlier than planned, so I got to the hotel before the check-in time. One staff member noticed I was struggling and kindly offered to help. She checked if a room was available and let me check in an hour early. The service was excellent, the neighborhood was safe, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!」

「Great location, great communication. Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station. Expect it to be… rustic. Bring shower shoes for the shared bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. It’s a tiny space, but has everything you need if you’re not going to be in the room much. Overall, good experience. Just don’t go into it expecting the space to be perfect.」

「Beacon Hill is a good central location and about 30 minutes walk to the Convention Center. There’s a Whole Foods nearby for groceries. My room was small but fine for one person. Check in and out was easy. My only complaint was that there was no way to adjust the fan speed on the climate control and it was noidy but this was not a dealbreaker. 」

「Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. 」

「Overall the house was fine. The location was perfect (close to Salem, but the neighborhood was quiet) and the beds were super comfortable. My recommendations would be to have a tv in the first floor living area and tvs in the bedrooms as well. Also some kind of curtain or frosted glass in the upstairs bathroom for privacy, since it looks right out onto the Salem State fields.」

「The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable…use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay. 」

「Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. 」
