「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「Absolutely LOVED this property. So modern & charming, in a location that’s very walkable to many great attractions in Boston. My only qualm with this location is the lack of parking - we unfortunately spent a lot of extra $$ on parking. However, I’d visit again & not bring my car to avoid this. 」

「The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable…use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay. 」

「Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. 」

「the house has some misleading photos online vs what it looks like in person- there are some different couches, etc pictured. then there are the pictures of what the property actually looks like as well. this wasn’t a big deal but just made the listing a bit inaccurate. they also mentioned having a hair dryer for guest use on the property, and did not have one. the neighborhood was nice, it was very quiet and felt very safe. the heating was working when we arrived, then by the next morning it...

「We loved the Warlock house! It’s just as fun as the pictures and description make it look. The decor and lighting sets such a cool atmosphere. Great location for walking to most everything to do in Salem. Beds are comfy, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!!」
