“My room was cosy, had tea and coffee making facilities, a warm, clean and comfortable bed, a heater if i needed it and a wonderful view. The shower wasnt the best but the water from the sink was always hot. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“After a long journey we wanted to rest on arrival at the hotel howver there was work being carried out at the next to our bedroom room 1 which was loud banging and drilling we have taken video evidence of this the noise was causing our 2 dogs to bark loudly there was also no tv in our bedroom we also sat for 20 minutes waiting to check out no one was available at the desk and we had a ferry to catch.”

“Sadly this hotel needs an update all round, the restaurant downstairs was great but the food wasn’t exactly great and to the description on the menu. Rooms are quite small, too warm, and Beds aren’t great. There isn’t many options in the Greenock area so this Hotel will always do well but a major refurb would help. ”
