「Très bel hôtel idéalement situé sur la Grand Place. Personnel accueillant et très à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, servi dans un salon confortable et assuré par une équipe aux petits soins. Le bar sur le toit terrasse est chaleureux à l'image de son personnel qui vous concocte de magnifiques créations. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. 」

「Perfect location for Le Shuttle, with ample on site parking. Excellent pool and facilities, and friendly efficient service in the convenient and good quality restaurant. Family room was large and well equipped but chilly (December) - perhaps some rooms/corridors need modernising to the standard of the very smart reception area etc. But would definitely recommend and stay again.」

「Reception, ok. Room, terrible, i can not even stand straight. I don't judge high price but as 4 stars hotel the room is too small. Im just one livein if two will not be possible. Morning clean service do not even knock the door before enter my room. The only thing good enough is about location.」
