「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. 「We stayed for about 10 days. The location for us was ideal-halfway between the city and the beach. We enjoyed biking in the rice fields and to the beach (about 10 minutes to beach). We cooked a lot and the kitchen was great. (Good size fridge and a rice cooker.) There is also purified water on tap which was a great help as we did not have to buy water. Keith, the landlord, was very helpful getting us settled in and putting us in touch with tours etc. There are other tourist villas in the area...

The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean.
