「I only stayed for 1 night but overall experience was good. Its room is large than most of hotel in Japan. The hotel stuffs are very polite and professional. The breakfast is also very good. 」

「The staff were so friendly and welcoming! I was solo travelling and spoke very little Japanese and they were very accommodating! The breakfast was yummy with a beautiful view of the gardens, one of the ladies explained everything on the plate to me, which was helpful. The lady at the front desk also offered me a charger which I needed which was great. 」

「Far walk for us and dinner is exotic and different. But absolutely beautiful place. Clean and amazing private onsen. We loved the gift shop and they gave us robes to use. Breakfast buffet excellent. Overall wonderful visit, would recommend and wish i can go again someday. 」

「It’s a really wonderful experience of staying in Nara for one night. The position just next to the subway is convenient enough that we can meander around the city immediately after check in. The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!」
