"Truly enjoyed this property. The staff George, Liam and Yvonne were outstanding. Each displaying the highest form of professionalism for their roles! Staff were all kind. "The apartment was in great condition and extremely comfortable for a family of 4. Smaller touches and attention to details could have been better - there was no wardrobe space nor drawers in the bedrooms. Also take note it’s a all-in-one washer dryer, not separate units."

"チェックイン時に既にエアコンを適温でセットしていてくれて嬉しかったです。室内も綺麗で掲示物も見易く親切でした。６人家族でも余裕なテーブルが大きく椅子もたくさんあって助かりました。部屋がサウナ付きで最高です。そして屋根裏で寝れる、なんか秘密基地感があって童心に還ることができました！価格もリーズナブルでオススメできます。駐車スペースもあるのが良い。周辺施設が繁華街より離れているのが少し残念ではありますが、総合的に見ても星５です！"

"外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。"

"Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. Young has some toboggans to use too. We loved our stay...

"A great place to rest and recharge. It almost feels like you were in a Spirited Away movie. One thing I noted which I hope will be addressed, there is a strong sulfuric smell at level 8 (other levels were okay smell wise), it also does not smell like Sulfur when you open the windows, so the smell is not from outside. Our first night there, I feel like suffocating. Succeeding nights were okay, so unsure what that is."

It's all about the lake view

"Can't beat the gorgeous lakefront location and views. Everything was outstanding except the somewhat disappointing dinner buffet which was subpar in the quality of many dishes, especially the seafood. Breakfast was excellent. Our private open-air onsen in our room was great as was the public rooftop onsen. "

"此酒店位置於温泉街附近，可步行去地獄谷，酒店裡有大型Onsen, 個人非常喜歡，另外亦設有游泳池、乒乓波、扭蛋店 and Souvenir商店；房間感覺乾淨、舒服，至於早餐、晚餐Buffet食物種類都有很多選擇。但酒店沒有shuttle 接送往返扎幌車站！"

"Stayed in Japanese Traditional Room with Private Open Air Bath. The pictures on Expedia are a true representation of the accommodation but the stay was even better than anticipated. Kaiseki meal in private dining room was wonderful and showcased a lot of the local food. The tatami room and sitting area in the room was nice and relaxing and the futons were perfectly set by the time we returned after dinner. The balcony onsen was a lovely warm contrast to the chilly wintry air. The public baths were also very clean and had a variety of temperatures for both inside and outside. Very close walk to the temple and Hell Valley. Included breakfast was also very delicious with impeccable service. Sad to have only stayed one night!"

Noboribetsu Guest House AKA & AO - Hostel

"Excellent guesthouse with very well equipped kitchen, complete with stove and rice cooker. Few minutes walk from train station with nearby supermarket and a few restaurants. It was a fantastic location, for early train departures. Bus to Noboritbetsu Onsen outside the train station. I especially liked all the tourist information they made available for guests, not just about the area but also of Hokkaido. "

"This is a beautiful property with lake Toya on one side and Yoteii mountain on the other. The rooms are the largest we have seen in Japan with a beautiful sitting area and large bathroom with a huge tub both overlooking Lake Toya! This made for excellent firework viewing from the room for the local festival. They also had a nice common area in the hotel with some tables, coffee, tea and hot water to use. The location was convenient to drive to Toyaka Onsen town for food, but also to Rusutsu for skiing. "

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."
