「Place was clean and a very traditional Japanese house. If you want authentic, this is your place. Only 1 chair and desk, so sitting on the floor all the time is a bit tough. Good location, quiet and quaint. Could use some helpful kitchen items like oil, soy sauce, s&p. Instructions throughout house was great. Great udon mom and pop shop around corner and local museum. Close to subway and quick bus to Asakusa and other areas. 」

「The long seating countertop was unique in the beginning but as our stay was 6 nights, the inconvenience began to set in after the 1st day. Also the room on the ground floor would be better served if changed into a living room with sofa, TV and dinning table. 」

「The property felt traditional yet everything was quite modern and comfortable. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats with futons. All rooms were air conditioned. The spacious shower and bath room was a win. The room downstairs was handy for the elderly people. Very close to temple, river ferry, underground, ramen shops, convenience stores and the like. Would recommend to any type of group.」

「Loved the neighbourhood. The home was cozy, and had everything we needed.」

「Overall the property was great. Check in process was good and they gave step by step directions to the house. Location was good and I enjoyed getting to stay in a real Japanese home. If there were any negatives, I would have liked a television to watch on the cold rainy day we had, maybe get to watch Japanese television. Other than that, I had no complaints. 」

「 Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....
