「The cabin was so beautiful, as was the surrounding property. We saw moose behind the cabin both nights we were there. Very thoughtful of our hosts to stock the pantry with plenty of everything. It was nice being able to do some laundry while we were there. The gravel road we had to take was super rough in one area, but no big deal - just take it very slow if you have a small car.」

「Staying at this house was a delightful experience for my family of four. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. While we didn't cook, we appreciated the large kitchen. We also appreciated the assortment of games and easy check-in and check out. The location is tucked off the main highway and very quiet (outside of some adorable chickens and the occasional rooster crow). It's about 20 minutes to Homer, and 5 minutes to the Anchor River Recreation Area (beach). We hope to stay...

「We absolutely loved this beautiful cabin. The location is breathtaking and the views are incredible. You will love the craftsmanship of the cabin, the welcoming feeling and the opportunity to experience living on the homestead. It was very close to Homer & the Homer Spit. 「The accommodation is very good, you have all things you need to cook, but we had the rainy season, the end of August 2023, and it is very difficult to go to the bathroom or the common area, there are a lot of puddles. In the A- frame you don’t have wifi you have to ho to common area」

「We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. 」

「All I can say is WOW!! This place is amazing!! It was my and my 2 adult boys for a short overnight but it was simply perfect. While we had many plans surrounding out stay, we ended up sticking this one put till the last second of available time. The property views were just too much to leave. Why go anywhere else when everything you are looking for in an Alaska Adventure is right here! We will be back - Guaranteed!!」

「This place was a thrill to stay at and one of the best places to go when looking for moose, we weren’t expecting them to come so close but we actually got to see a moose and her babies just outside the house by about 8-10 feet. The place itself was amazing and very modern while also having a great theme and relatively close to town」
