「It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. 」

「We loved the location. Took two days to warm up the place but we understood it was empty prior to our arrival. It was clean and very inviting. We will be back again! Just not in January lol. We did get to see a beautiful snowfall from the front room. The windows gave us an amazing view. 」

「Perfect location, cozy bedrooms and a wonderful stay. Spent 6 days in Newport right before Christmas. Could walk to almost everything and when we drove the parking spot was a huge plus. We really lucked out with the weather & had several beautiful days. But even on the last rainy day we walked & shopped all day. My kids loved having their own rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the upper deck was a huge plus even in winter. I appreciated the space heater by the bathroom. Newport is...

「My young adult daughters and I spent a few days at this lovely place to catch up and spend time together. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cliff walk, area restaurants, and shopping. The location of this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for all three of us. It was well stocked with keurig pods for the mornings. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds with super soft cozy blankets. We would totally stay there again. Thank you Matt and Ryan. 」

「The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones.」

This stay was close to the waterfront, easy in/out & parking (street). The unit was small which was ok for us and nicely renovated and very clean. The host was responsive and friendly so all was good. We would use this scenario again.」

Had all toiletries and a loaded keurig coffee station Wasn’t a problem for us, but stairs were on the steep side if mobility is a concern. Keyless entry was great! 」
