「I used to live in Newport Beach and visit the Coast every year as I now live in Arizona. My dear friend and I decided to rent a house this time instead of staying in a hotel as we celebrated my birthday. The house was in a great location adjacent to the beach so an easy walk. Happy to have garage parking as it would be awful to park on the street. The kitchen was terrific. The bedrooms could use some updating. The pillows need to be replaced. 「A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. 」

「The location and cleanliness of this property is great. This unit is best for those that eat out a lot. One queen bed is more comfy than the other…my boys 15 and 12 yrs old, chose to sleep together downstairs in the smaller double bed. One child is 6’2” so they were desperate. Very hard queen bed. Would be nice if garage was available for bikes , boogie boards, surf board, chairs…etc. Neighbors are nice but you can tell they don’t appreciate short term guests. Overall we had a wonderful short...

「If you are looking for a centrally located, family friendly rental, this is the one. It was perfect for our 2 & 3 year old grandsons as well as our teenager and her friends. As stated in the rental description, it is not decorated with high-end decor, however, it is very clean and comfortable. We loved every single minute of our trip and can’t wait to come back someday!!! Location, location, location!!!!」
