「We absolutely loved this property! Lots of space, updated and clean bathrooms, nice kitchen, lots of towels provided, wonderful garage space, and great location!」

「My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

「Property is very clean. Nice garage. Short walk to Balboa Pier, shops and restaurants. It does describe it is a second store unit and each access you walk through the lower units patio but even with this description there was still some strain that the tenant on the lower floor didn't want us walking through the patio so it defeats the purpose of being on the beach. We didn't let it bother us but it is a little odd probably should separate a walking path for the upper level」

「Beautiful! Well-appointed and immaculately maintained property, one block from the beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants, and we loved the private patio which included daily visits from hummingbirds. 」

「Jennifer /staff was extremely great to work with. Parking was a disappointment. I was unaware that my stock F150 wouldn’t fit. I spent more money for Two nights of parking on the beach at $37.50 per night & accidentally a third night so overall spent $120 more because it was not clear that parking may be very hard for Non compact cars/suv The unit was little outdated, fixtures, especially considering it is a 5 to 6 million dollar home. I would think it would at least have LED lightbulbs instead...
