“In town for a funeral. I needed a place for traveling family to mix and mingle and visit. It's a GREAT space for that. There are people who live underneath the house, I read that in the review, so that wasn't a surprise. When I got there fortunately the owner was there, she told me we'd be sharing the washer and dryer with the tenants who live under the house. They have access to it through the garage. That's the same key for the front door. That's not a good situation, fortunately it wasn't……

“This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! “This stay was in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and there was enough utensils for what we needed. Could use a few upgrades, but overall it was a comfy place to come back to after being out and about. A bit loud hearing renters upstairs but nothing terrible. It felt a bit out of the way from Capital Hill downtown - closer to Madrona - but we enjoyed walking and it was also easy to grab an Uber when we didn't want to walk. ”

“The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft.
