Great location but check in was a mess. Was told that room would be ready by 3, so we decided to go get a late lunch in the meantime. Never got an email stating our room was ready, so went back to the hotel at 430 and were told that our room on the high dloor (as promised) was still not ready due to previous guests deciding to stay later and paid extra to check out at 6. Really?!! I paid for the room as well,but somehow that was not their problem. They ended up givinv us another room after I expressed frustration, on a lower floor and a connecting room.
Next morning, only 1 elevator was working for 49 floors. Waited at least 15 mins for an empty elevator, ended up going down 10 floors and then getting on an elevator to go down the remaining 11. For such a busy and an expensive hotel, these two things were absolutely unacceptable!
Staff were not helpful and everything was matter of fact for them. Not great customer service at all. No attached garage and cost me $100 over 24 hrs parking.
Only saving grace was great location and comfy room (small though)
