The hotel is in a good location, close to shops, restaurants, etc. It was extremely clean & the rooms were a good size, the hallways were very dark. However, it is very basic, there are no draws/furniture to put your clothes in, just hanging space in the closet. The counter space is large, goes across the entire room, so we put our stuff on top of there. There is no coffee maker in the room, nor a microwave, just this weird kettle, warm up water for what. It is good for a few nights stay but we were there for 9 nights for a medical procedure & we could not even heat up food which was annoying. We also asked if they could move this chair from the 2nd floor lounge that no one even knows is there, just this weird space on the 2nd fl, to our room since our family member needed to sit after the medical procedure in a large comfortable chair & the room had only desk chairs. Apparently, there is no one in charge there, like a manager & they kept saying they could not do it.
