Rooms are small and dated (Queen superior) Both room windows were ill fitted, one had zero sound proofing and the other remained open the entire stay (reported 3 times) Reception staff are unhelpful, bordering on rude and unless you tip Jeff (doorman) he is ignores you!
Khalid, kaalid and Mohamed (doormen) were all sweet and helpful.
Positives are, the location is fantastic, they also provide complimentary water (in room daily), in lobby coffee (7-11am and a glass of wine (5-6pm) which are all nice touches.
