The good...excellent communication, location, and comfort. The Sonder app was great, I was able to chat with a representative in real time and everyone that I interacted with was so helpful and understanding. The beds were very comfortable, huge plus, and the location was excellent if you want to access the FQ but don't want to be in the FQ. I was also able to easily walk to watch the Pelicans and Saints play in their respective adjacent stadiums.
The bad...our key pad didn't work properly and it took 20-50 times before the keypad accepted our room code. It was apparently due to the keypad going off line. This part was the worst as it took my family and I 15-30 minutes of trying to get the keypad to work every single time we wanted to get into the room. There was some intense moments of my kids needing to use the restroom and me stressing to open the door. It was also annoying having to get up late at night to let someone in when they came in late. After 5 days we were given a key FOB but that was after me expressing multiple times how unpleasant it is not to have a functioning keypad. The other bad was that there were nails sticking up from the floor in a few spots and we now have a few socks with holes in them from a snag. Last bad note was that the faucet in the bathrooms barely extend into the sink so washing your hands and face was not easy.
Overall, I would stay again and recommend but if Sonder reads this please fix these small but essential flaws!
