「The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. 「Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. 「Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night.
