「Excellent stay! Brad was so helpful - answering my emails promptly prior to the visit and also helped us quickly during our time at the property when we couldn't figure out the TV. 「We left the property and started refund process within just a couple of hours of arriving. Exterior of House looks nothing like the photos online: Grass was not mowed, trash was on the front porch, paint was chipping, chairs were broken and taped together, back door to house was unlocked. 「We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside cabin with picturesque views of the lake and colorful mountains in the back drop. We enjoyed evenings on the deck lakeside sipping wine and watching the waterfowl. The cabin itself is cozy and tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds. 「My family very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to get to. The proximity to Cooperstown worked very well for us, as did the ability to fish right across the street from the property - my son and I spent a good deal of time casting from the docks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!」
