“Very nice accommodation, especially for a small budget. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Food was good but I preferred Fijian dishes instead of the international meals. Large reef directly at the beach. Reef shark snorkelling is an absolute recommendation and scuba diving with Sau from the island‘s diving school Yasawa Tropical Diver as well. The Sunrise / Sunset hike is great, too. Our Bure was clean and well maintained, it even had mosquito nets. Food price is 80 FJD/day, meals are……

“What a magic place in the world. Naqalia Lodge might be the best place I ever stayed and God knows I have been traveling! It is not a 5 star hotel and the accommodations are very simple but you have everything you need. Sleeping with the wind on your face and the sound of waves, mosquitoes nets everywhere for you to be well. This I will miss a lot. Showers are cold but you don’t really need hot showers as the temperature is quite warm even in the evenings. The spot in itself is for everyone else……

“Staff was incredible, food magnificent, atmosphere gorgeous.”

“Facilities are good, the room is spacious however due to open air bathroom design, there were many insects in the room (especially ants, even climbed into my luggage and minibar!). Also, I am not sure if the bed linen had enough disinfection as we felt itchy during our sleep. Apart from the room, the food is good here, staff service were really nice. Beautiful sea here you can really enjoy snorkeling. Only problem is you have to register for the daily activities and they were really full we……

“very nice staff, very wqrm and helpful. all meals in mandatory meal plan, so that is limiting but food good overall. This is a lodge-only experience (no other restaurants etc nearby), but lots of outfdoor things to do”
