“Todo muy bien”

“Hemos estado muy agusto, el apartamento esta muy bien, aunque para 5 personas un poquito pequeño, sobre todo el sofa. Pero en general esta muy bien cuidado. Por poner un pero es el olor a madera vieja y humeda que hay. Esta en un pueblo muy tranquilo y pintoresco pero quizas un poco alejado si piensas hacer excursiones por cantabria. Hay una carretera de curvas bastante larga antes de llegar. Aun que las vistas son espectaculares y tener a los niños en la calle con las vacas sin peligro es un……

“La estancia ha sido ideal queria desconectar y el entorno es precioso, muchas rutas para ver y disfutar. La cabaña no le falta detalle es preciosa y esta super limpia, la comunicacion con el propietario Jordi y la chica que gestiona la entrada Pili fue de lo mas amable¡¡¡ Repetire¡¡¡¡ Gracias”

“A beautifully designed property with obviously great care being taken. Nicely located for our purposes which were a first visit to Northern Spain with plenty of sightseeing and walking. As a peaceful and rural location it didn't have bars/restaurants/shops on the doorstep but it was only a short 20 minute drive to Reinosa which had supermarkets and restaurants or half an hour to the more substantial Torrelavega. The property was well equipped and in very good condition.”

“Overall we though the place was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are generally very accurate however the one of the front of the house implies a bit more space than there actually is. Space for one 4x4 (or car). In the Vrbo ad we can't see any suggestion of when the communal pool is open (late June?) so not available in May. There is only a 2or3 seat sofa for a house that sleeps six (as shown in the pictures). The biggest issue for us was the lack of kitchen utensils……

“Fuimos un matrimonio con un niño de dos años y una perrita y disfrutamos muchísimo el jardín, nuestro hijo no quería salir de la casita que tienen para los peques! Estuvimos muy cómodos y sin duda volveríamos.”

“The house is situated in a beautiful spot with lovely views. The shared pool was nice as we had some good weather and the children enjoyed a splash. The equipment in the house is rather dated and the house was quite dark. Also we are a family of 5 and the house states it sleeps 5 people but it isn’t equipped for 5 people. They could do with some extra crockery, glasses and plates etc. We arrived and the people helping didn’t realize we were a family of 5. So they hadn’t got the bedding for the……

“La casa esta situada en un entorno privilegiado. Quedan pocos bosques tan bonitos. Javier, el duenyo, nos dio mapas para hacer senderismo y si lo que buscas es naturaleza y tranquilidad es el lugar ideal. La casa esta muy bien equipada, muy recomendable.”

“What a fabulous find this apartment was! Stunning scenery from the terrace, Well equipped kitchen, we had a one bedroom apartment with terrace. A lovely warm welcome from Eva who is so lovely and was on hand with good knowledge of the area and very friendly! We will definitely be back soon! Lovely welcome with fresh bread, freshly laid eggs , water, tea and coffee! A real home from home and fantastic laundry room !”

“Gérant immobilier absolument charmant mais logement extrêmement mal insonorisé ce qui devient très gênant lorsque celui-ci est partagé avec d’autres familles ( table commune, entrée commune, bruit tard le soir et tôt de matin du aux arrivées et départs et prises de repas des autres vacanciers. Dans notre hébergement , équipement plutôt limité pour cuisiner vraiment, pas de réelle belle vue vers l’extérieur ( sur les toits des autres maisons pas les velux) pas de vraies chaises devant une vraie……

“We are a retired couple spending three months bicycling in northern Spain. The host and his son took great care to show us where everything was and how it worked. We speak no Spanish, but they were kind and patient and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment is lovely and complete, the location is absolutely beautiful. We bike through Santa Lucia park to a large grocery store 4 miles away and brought back all the supplies for dinner and breakfast. We played with the puppy next door. We……
