Navarre Beach is a great place. This property is close to the beach and fairly quiet. There are plenty of chairs and beachy stuff in the garage.

Perfect Spot!

This place really can't get any better. You are right on the water with convenient beach access, 2 balconies that overlook the water, 3 spacious bedrooms, stocked kitchen, and stocked beach supplies!!! I was so glad it lived up to its listing. Navarre is a really cute beach town and this spot is conveniently located to pop over to different beach spots or restaurants. Excellent beach condo to book!!

Wonderful beachfront property

We had a family of 6 including 4 adults, 1 teen, and 1 pre-teen. The arrangement of the beds worked great for us, though a king size would be nice in the kitchen-level bedroom. The three bathrooms were well placed throughout the unit and a wonderful amenity for our large group, including one pregnant momma. The kitchen was well furnished enough for us to cook several of our own meals, though the non-stick frying pan should be replaced. The dining table that seats six was also wonderful for us all to sit together for meals. Many rentals only have tables for four. The two balconies and patio furniture were wonderful and much time was spent there enjoying the view. The Navarre beach itself is so beautiful and much less “shelly” than the Pensacola Beach. And staying in Navarre gave us easy access to both Pensacola Beach as well as Destin. Overall a truly wonderful vacation!

Just Beachy!

We absolutely loved out stay! Navarre is our favorite spot in Florida and we love to visit. This was our first stay at Beachview and it was great! The location is perfect and it is not too crowded like it is at condos. The house was stocked with everything you could need and it was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo for the family.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Lots of room for a family, beautifully decorated and fantastic location. Spectacular sunrise and sunsets! Just steps to the ocean. A definite repeat for this family!!!

Lack of Pride of Ownership

The exterior is poorly maintained, this needs to be addressed with the HOA. The interior was updated for the sole purposes of VRBO as evidenced by the cheap materials and short craftsmanship. Other finishes were subpar as well. The unit presents itself nicely, but the details demonstrate a lack of pride of ownership. Overall, the owner needs to spend a week in the unit, experience the unit holistically and generate a punchlist to get the unit up to par.

Family Beach Vaca 2024!

The home was really cute! It was beautifully decorated!!! The appliances looked new. Great location with ease to the beach! We loved having the garage to store our paddle boards and fishing gear. You don't get this on a condo. There were nice beach chairs, sand toys, and bikes available to us, it was wonderful! The home looked clean, but we had a bad roach problem. I reached out to Vacasa twice but no one contacted me to address the concerns, so I really hope they consider Bug Control for this home. Neither of the sliding doors locked. There was a board in each door to secure the home, but really should have been a lock as well. The living room furniture left a lot to be desired. It was a bit broken down and uncomfortable. Due to the roach infestation, I rated this home a 3, but if they address this problem, the home is lovely!
