「The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.」

「I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, and the staff made it even better. Saroj was especially friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. Rasik was also very helpful and attentive. They even helped me surprise my friend on her birthday, making the celebration extra special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「I had a fantastic stay!! The bed was super comfortable and I loved the fluffy blanket I was able to wrap up in. The staff was super friendly. I was able to store my luggage for free before my flight home. Shower was hot. Overall had a great experience!」

「A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!」

「This hotel is fantastic for its value, cleanliness, location, and friendly staff! Everyone that works there is committed to ensure guests have a great stay. I felt very taken care of by them. The area is super quiet at night, while bars and restaurants are just a short 10 minute walk away. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Kathmandu. 「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

「My week stay at this hotel was pleasant. The location is excellent, in the heart of Thamel. The suite I stayed in was comfortable. I have only two small criticisms: The hot water had a very strong and unpleasant smell. Loud music from the next bar into the morning hours.」

"It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
