For the very low nightly price, this is a full fledged 1 BR apt. For a regular traveler this is a great deal ! Place was immaculate and well furnished for a relatively long stay. Didn't realize it was pay to park but street parking was free and convenient. Would have been nice not additionally having to navigate the Sonder app to get the entry code (why not just send in secure email). Highly recommend this place as it's walking distance to music row!

We have 3 young kids and there are drunk people everywhere, screaming and fighting… it’s been all night long. None of us are sleeping… this has been a total and complete nightmare. The walls and ceilings are too thin. This is not suitable for families whatsoever.

The apartment could use a coat a paint and the kitchen floor fixed, The linens and towels could have been brighter, they looked dull. . The layout was nice and the apartment had everything we needed.

Liked the apartment, it was clean and plenty of room.we didnt have no washcloths, but i had brought some adult wash clothes so that worked out ok.Could use some seating outside on the porch but overall it was very confertable and convenient to the hospital..

The space was clean and stocked with dishes to use the kitchen. Easy access to check-in and I loved the digital lock pad. I felt like it was my own apartment with linens and a rug on the living room floor. Great lighting and plenty of outlets for charging devices.

Stayed the night to break up a long drive home after the holiday. The property is easy to find. Directions were easy as far as checking in and accessing the property and unit. The property looks nicer in photos than in person. The walls could use a session with a magic eraser. We lifted up the area rug corner in the bedroom and there was a ton of dust and dirt underneath. Not bad for a one night stay, but would not choose this property again.

Locatie is goed, met uber ben je binnen 5 min op broadway, parkeergelegenheid op het terrein is schreeuwend duur! Maar langs de weg is het vrij makkelijk parkeren. Staat van het huisje is goed, alles aanwezig, communicatie is voortreffelijk. het enige minpuntje is, enorm gehorig, je hoort de buren letterlijk ademhalen, uitslapen is er niet bij. The place was very clean. There is a bright porch light, though, that shines through and can disturb sleep if someone is sleeping on the pull-out couch (which we had). There were some closeby neighbors who were loud at around 2am, which I know isn’t the fault of the property owners, but that was a frustration. It would have been nice if the AC went lower, especially for sleeping. But the area was nice and the location was well-maintained.

On arrival it was obvious the floor in the property was damaged. There was visible water damage in many places and areas that had been patch repaired. As soon as the shower was turned on we knew why - water poured across the bathroom floor, under the door and out into the hallway. The flooding in the bathroom was longstanding and the floor in the hallway was rotten. You could feel it moving underfoot. Very dangerous and poor accommodation. We asked to be moved. Although we were moved by Sonder, it took a whole day of our 3 day trip to resolve and they weren't even slightly interested in helping. Definitely wouldn't recommend this property or Sonder to anyone.

Cozy place within a good neighborhood
16 Sondar was in a great location, its own little neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. A short uber ride to Broadway. The apartment was very cozy. However there were a lot of ants in the bathroom and kitchen.
