We had a horrible experience starting at check in. There were no carts for luggage. We went to dinner, still no available carts when we returned. At 10pm the toilet wouldnt flush. We finally fixed it ourselves. At 1am, people walked into our room. The desk checked them into our room. After the people left, about 10 minutes later, the front desk calls us and wants our name, asks several ID questions, said they were sorry for the confusion and that they would get back to us.Needless to say, we didnt sleep the rest of the night, and nobody ever got back to us. At 6am, we packed up to leave. At checkout, I explained everything that happened. He had no clue and said the manager would call us when he came in that morning. He handed me my receipt, tried to charge us for breakfast even though we told them we didnt want breakfast, then i realized the receipt was for another room and person when we left. I called, he said they would check into it and the manager would call us. I called two more times, was told the manager would call as soon as he came in, but no call. On Saturday night at 9:57pm the manager called and left us a message. We were in bed asleep and had our phones shut off. When i listened to the message, he didnt act like he knew what the call was for and asked us to call him. I called first thing Sunday morning. It was his day off, the girl I spoke to knew nothing about it and said she would have someone call us. I told her at this point we wanted a full refund. No word
