Non Disclosing
First Upon arrival the code for the door was hard to work. Second upon entrance there was a basement door that has a chain and lock on it and come to find out there was somebody living down there. That’s just creepy in itself and that was never disclosed in the rental agreement or on your site. We felt very uncomfortable. Also this person had parties and we should not be held responsible for any damage. There was sewage smell coming up from the basement that we could not control. Also your noise decimal policy was shot to hell when the neighbors are firing off gunshots. You may want to reconsider having this house in your program.

Great Place to Relax After Golf
Perfect location and amazing space for our golf outing. Close to great golf, out of the traffic of the city but close enough to enjoy evenings is downtown Nashville. Lots of space, comfortable beds and overall amazing place to relax and enjoy. Will stay here again without hesitation.

An unexpected surprise
From the pictures we knew this would be a wonderful place to stay... and it was. The house was beautiful and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The property that the house is on was more than we expected. The most unexpected surprise were the FIREFLYS. I am from Florida and have not seen fireflys since I was a child. Seeing them again and being able to enjoy them with my daughter was a wonderful blessing. The house was gorgeous and we were so comfortable and did not want to leave. A definite return will be in our future. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We LOVED IT.

Great base
The location of this home, is not ideal, that being said inside the house is like a Tardis and it is deceptively large. Under the beds and sofas were not clean. Only noticed this as something fell on the floor and had to pick it up and then noticed it. The washer seemed to have an issue on any cycle I tried to put it on. It would always get an error half way through. Managed to get laundry done either way. The master bathroom has a beautiful shower that is let down with a flimsy plastic shower curtain. When the water is on, the shower curtain has a habit of blowing out and sticking to your body. Managed to get around that by using a shampoo and soap bottle and placed it on the bottom of the curtain to keep it from sticking. Kitchen isn't really well stocked with cooking utensils or supplies. I cooked a couple of times and there were simple things missing that would have been really helpful. As with any rental place we have stayed in the windows are covered with flimsy blinds that just dont keep the light out. I picked this place because of the images inside, and the location to the heart of Nashville. Driving through Madison you kind of feel like you are in the ghetto, my husband and eldest daughter joked on me. The town was a little run down, but we didn't have issues at the home or in the neighborhood. Overall a great base for our visit to Nashville.

We apologize for the cleaning details that were missed and our local manager assured us that they have addressed this with the cleaners. Additionally, they have had a member of the maintenance team look at the washer and will speak to the owner about upgrading the shower curtain and blinds. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have the chance to better impress you on your next getaway.
