"This hotel was a blast to stay at. Not situated close to the city, it still offered a lot for the location. Situated in the middle of the transit run, it will either bring you back to town or all the way to the gondola terminal, where you can either go on the volcano or take a ferri on the lake. I would strongly suggest to get the city pass for the transit to enjoy all the attraction for 1 price."

"It is an old property but it was clean. We just wished they provided us with sleepers as the want us to remove our shoes at the entrance and the carpet has stain that made us uncomfortable walking barefoot. "

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was no difficulty communicating with them at all. The accommodations were gorgeous. Very modern and clean with Japanese touches to it. Our villa had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and waking up to that view is something out of a dream.
