「Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over. 」

「Excellent ! House was very clean, well kept and had lots of amenities. Quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We were 6 adults in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything else. Our host was a good communicator - very responsive and helpful; was kind enough to allow us an earlier check in so that we could drop off our luggage prior to a wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend.」

「We usually go to the Jersey shore. This summer, a wedding brought us to the Narragansett area and this property. Plenty of room with privacy when you wanted that. Well laid out kitchen, two big open-spaced rooms (with big flat panels). Close to good restaurants and excellent beaches. The owners and property manager were easy to work with and the residence was a cream puff. 5*」

「Our friend group enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, walking distance to so many great spots and the beach, right along one of the main bus routes as well (if the bus shows up - slight issue for us). Some of the sheets seemed a little worn/stained, but otherwise the house was very clean and had everything we could have ever needed. The inside gathering spaces may not fit all 12 people, but the weather was great and we just used the backyard as our main hang out spot which was perfect....

「We recently enjoyed a long weekend in RI and this was the perfect rental for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. My sister has some mobility limitations so being able to stay on one floor once she got up the front steps was helpful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and back deck! The welcome treats were very thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely rental experience. 」
