Room #11 is the subject of this review. This accommodation is remotely operated and self entry was easy after checking in online. The room was outdated and the floor was on a slant which made it feel you were walking uphill to the bathroom. The shower was of high pressure and ample hot water but had no door so the floor got soaked. Wifi was non existent. Over all was comfortable for our overnight stay.

A good value option for an overnight stay - good price, comfy bed; but the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC; and a roach bomb is needed to get rid of the pests!

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Unfortunately, our stay at Tree Motel in Narooma was very disappointing. The property was not well maintained and the overall cleanliness was well below what we expected. The carpet in the room was visibly in need of a thorough clean, and the bathroom was not properly maintained. The shower was leaking, and the bathroom mat was wet but was not replaced. The service was also very disappointing. When the tissue box became empty, we had to message the property to request a replacement, and even after contacting them, it still wasn’t replaced. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance and customer service were all a let down. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

The staff were amazing, there was a bit of an issue when we arrived as there’d been a mix up but the staff were awesome and helped out straight away, they were professional and kind. A great place to stay, super close to Woolies and Aldi so you can grab your provisions. Would definitely recommend. Thinking about staying there next time we’re in the area.
