「我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！ 雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。 若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！ 相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！」

「Perfect stay for my family of 5. Felt like home for us. The condition of property is older but well kept. The room we got was great had everything we needed. I Would like to mention the front desk is closed by 7pm. So for those coming in late, you will have to follow instructions left out for you at the desk. It was not difficult to get ahold of someone to get access to our room. We would stay here again.」
