「Air conditioner at 1st floor is full of dust and does not function well. Sofa is very uncomfortable with dirty surface. Cleaning and accommodation needs big improvement.」

「Property was nice and freshly remodeled only thing id would complain about is 2 nd floor bathroom lock is on backwards and the chairs need rubber grommets on the bottom we used them once and spent forever getting the scratches out of the floor and also there were not drinking cups but besides that amazing place 」

「ホテル名にもなっているつぼ湯が最高でした。更にはサウナ付き、ホテルとはいえ貸切で本格的家族温泉が楽しめるいいホテルでした。おそらく古民家を改装されたのだと思いますが、昔ながらの趣が良く残されておりいい雰囲気で快適な旅となりました。このホテルに巡り会えて良かったです。次も大阪旅行の際はここにします！」

「This was our 1st home away from home in Japan. What a great place to begin. It is a comfortable size, clean, well appointed, and contained beauty. The location was good too. We could find our way to and from the trains with ease. Thank you for this clean comfy place! You Visitors may wasnt tohave data for using goofle maps to arrive 1st time. Look at the photos so you can identify thr exterior. We were not familiar with Japanese addresses, but we recognized it when we arrived.」

「＜良かった点＞・安い！コスパいい！・すぐ隣に安くていつも空いてる駐車場あり（レンタカー利用の場合、めっちゃ良い！）・大きいサイズのベッドが4つあり、部屋も分けられていてよかったです。＜悪かった点＞・ゴキブリ出現！・線路と近く、電車が通るたびに、うるさい且つ建物が揺れる・トイレの水圧が強く、流すときに水が飛ぶ・階段の角度？が急すぎる、且つ、わけわからない滑り台？？？子供は転んで怪我しそうな、、、・周辺の治安が悪い（チンピラグループとかホームレスグループとかが多く、車がないと、外歩くのは怖すぎる）」

「The property is not suitable for 4 people. We were 3 people and we struggled. There is no storage and nowhere to put bags so the living area was just filled with suff. Also, the shower opens to the hallway. Not appropriate if you require privacy and are with 3 other people. I think the space would be better with a double bed and storage. The toilet was tiny. If youre 6ft or large, youre going to struggle. The property was pretty clean with the exception of behind the matress where there were...

「The home was very clean and the location is perfect with less than a minute walk to the subway station. There are plently of stores and restaurants near by. It accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. The owner is nice and very helpful. 」

「客廳燈可以高一點，因為一直撞到。」

「地點有點難找，但沒花太多時間就找到了，環境安靜，在兩個捷運站中間，走路不到10分鐘都能抵達，算方便了」

「Very nice/clean location exactly as advertised. Owner was unobtrusive and shared all required information to get in. The refrigerator stopped working the second day we were there and they replaced it that day without hassle; very friendly! Be aware that this location sits right next to a road and train crossing. The crossing plays an alarm during daylight hours. Ultimately, this only affects one of the rooms, but whoever stays in that room will want ear plugs. 」
