Overall a super basic hostel like villa, like a local simple resort. Clean and tidy but no phone at all to contact reception! I booked 3 for a villa but missing a towel and toiletries for the third one! Just for an overnight stay before boarding on an early morning flight would be fine but it is not worth the money of around USD115 per night!

Attractive grounds. Very friendly staff. Quite a good location. Walking distance to the airport to use the shops/cafes there. There are bus-stops near the hotel that service the local buses to Lautoka. An interesting and colourful ride, and only $3 each way.

This is very well located hotel close to the airport. We stayed here for 2 nights before our flight because we wanted to check out Nadi Town and do a little bit of shopping. The town is about 10 mins away, the hotel has free shuttle to the airport and there own taxis that would take you to town. Breakfast was decent.the pool with the slide my son loved. This is a cabin style hotel, we liked how everything was on one floor with nature surrounding it.

The airport shuttle was great. It was there when we landed and got us to the hotel in 4 minutes. The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and very nice. The hotel staff is incredible. There did everything for us. The front desk ladies were soooo nice and helpful. The food service was great and so was the food.

A handy location right next to the Nadi International Airport- 3 mins across the road by complimentary hotel shuttle bus. Loved the well equipped gym - and their very impressive masseur, Priya at the Tokatoka Spa - she gave me one of the best back and shoulders massage I’ve ever had which I didn’t expect at all - and was very professional and super polite ! What an asset ! On the food front,don’t plan to eat at the restaurant if you have some level of expectation - I’m not a fussy eater but found myself reacting to the new menu which, unlike previous ones , is limited with very few uninspiring entrees & mains. I’ve used this hotel for years and the food standards have dropped quite noticeably. You could try next door at the Gateway or head towards town for other restaurants. Top marks to Tokatoka for the staff hospitality - from their porters and reception to the restaurant, bar and ground/ maintenance, their welcoming attitude, initiative and helpfulness made the stay worth it.

Breakfast buffet had many simple options. We liked it alot. Menu for the whole day was amazing. My new favourite coffee spot in fiji. "Tokatoka coffee hub". The room service was so good. Quality of the food was spot on. Great place to stay short term or holiday. Our family had a blast. Party of 17. Big rooms, Suited us all. Gym, Spa, pool and so much more. Thank you Tokatoka!

THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT NEEDED TO BE KEPT WARMER AT THE BUFFET IAW NORMAL HEALTH STANDARDS. THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT WITH SPECIAL MENTION TO THE PORTER WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, ADEQUATE AND COMFORTABLE. THE LOTIONS IN THE BATHROOM WERE USED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFULL TO HAVE BOTTLED WATER IN THE FRIDGE.

Great customer service, they make you feel home. When you are away from home. They always have a smile. The breakfast is great, also request to make something is always encouraged. Haved stayed here in a family villa and a 1 bedroom villa, the 1 bedroom is a major upgrade with better cooking facilities and an actual bedroom. The family villa is a large studio.

Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel.
