Our stay in Mykonos was truly unforgettable, and this hotel played a huge part in making that happen. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The reception team was so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the team taking care of it was exceptionally kind and attentive, really going above and beyond to ensure we had a great start to our day. The view from our room was breathtaking, as were the views from the hotel overall. The rooms were also very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with an ATM, a market, and several beach clubs nearby. Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in Mykonos, and we can’t wait to return!

The restroom inside our unit is pretty bad. You’ll have to keep the window open to tolerate the smell from the sewer drain inside the restroom. It’s practically impossible to keep the restroom dry as the shower will flood the floor and everything around it will get wet. I’m not complaining about the price but it definitely shouldn’t be an 8 or 9 star facility.

We loved our stay at paradise beach, the staff were friendly & accommodating especially Billy the bar man. The location was perfect, our only complaint was the bathroom facilities in the room. Our shower didn’t have any screen or curtain and water went everywhere everytime we showered and then on our last morning we found a cockroach in the room.

El personal es un encanto, nos sorbrebdieron con una decoración y postre de aniversario. La habitación perfecta, todo a estrenar, las tollas com olor a suvizante deli y unas vistas perfectas. Solo hay que tener la puerta del baño cerrarda por olor de cañería, pero eso es casi en todo Grecia. La privacidad de hotel para adultos. Tiene traslado gratuito al aeropuerto y lo mejor cuando haces el Check-out si tu vuelo aun no sale te dejan guardar las maletas y si quieres ducharte y cambiarte te prestan una habitación. El desayuno incluido de 10, muy completo y es estilo buffet. Los precios del bar razonables igual que la mayoría, sin ser exagerados como los establecimientos cercanos. Los cócteles muy buenos. La ubicación a unos pasos de la mejor playa de Miconos, Paradise, tal y como se muestra en las fotos y a 5 minutos caminano la estación de buses, ideal para comunicarse con la estación central de Fabrika en el centro al lado de Chora. Tarda solo 15 minutos y de ahí puedes coger buses para otros sitios turísticos. La piscina infinity muy relajante, algo salada, pero ideal para refrescarte. Recomiendo el hotel, fue una gran luna de miel. Gracias a todo el personal.

Worst hotel experiemce I have ever had. Put me in a room with a bathroom door with fogged glass as a front door. Bathroom had BLACK MOLD in the shower. When i tried to go to sleep the lights could not be turned off. When asked to fix the concierge had to call the manager to get permission to move our rooms, which took an hour. He finally knocked on our door at 330am to move us and had the gall to tell us they upgraded us. TERRIBLE HOTEL, DO NOT BOOK!

I enjoyed my stay at New paradise, the transfers were very convenient and the staff were lovely. It would be great if there could be a sign if you do/don’t want a cleaner as I was woken up from a nap with the cleaner coming in to clean the room. The music was also very irritating until 2am.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the partying but with good sound insulated windows so you can barely hear the club music when the windows are shut. the only issue we had with our 2-bedroom apartment was that the AC unit only cooled the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom could have used a separate AC unit.
