「The casita, location, and owners exceeded our expectations. 」

「We came to Cottonwood to fo the Verde Valley Train. The property was lovely, relaxing, and peaceful. Outdoor spaces were amazing, house was very nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful visit to your area」

「Roomy one bedroom casita, big Sedona views from living area and bedroom. Nice location within walking distance to town. Having a great hiking trail within walking distance was fun!Many excellent features and if you enjoy making some meals kitchen well set up.Host very accommodating.」

「Loft was perfectly sized for two people. Most amenities were available. There is not a stove in the unit, but there is a microwave, and an electric frying pan for cooking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.The king sized bed was super comfortable and the nights are very quiet and peaceful. Location was perfect as there are amazing trails within walking distance with magnificent views. Also, far enough away, but close enough for a short drive to the busy “touristy” uptown...

「We had a lovely time in this nicely appointed, comfortable place. High quality linens, nice soaps and shampoos, an excellent stove, plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, the ability to make coffee or tea in whatever way you prefer - what more could you ask for? Well, if you wanted a reasonably good spice drawer, well it was there too. Nice hots - we would book again!」

「This is a beautiful property in a quiet area of West Sedona where you can walk and enjoy beautiful red rock scenery. It has easy access to hiking and dining options without the Uptown bustle and crowds. The Mariposa Grill, where we had amazing views from the patio, is not to be missed- we had the best meal of our 3 week trip there. The property itself has an outside seating area we enjoyed, was very clean and well-organized, with everything we needed for our week-end stay. The hosts are...

「The room was exactly as described with plenty of space and a fabulous bathroom. Check in was easy and the host very responsive. The location is ideal. It is 1.2 miles from Chapel of the Holy Cross and just a few miles from downtown Sedona. The view is breathtaking and having coffee facing the mountains while watching the sunrise was surreal. Highly recommend this place. 」

「We live in Phoenix and wanted to get out of town for a few days to Sedona for my wife’s 50th birthday. This was perfect. It literally was the end of the road with nobody to the east of us to the mountains. We had 6 inches of snow the day after we got there so it was absolutely beautiful. Nice quaint little place. Highly recommend it.」

「Great spot for a weekend trip to Sedona! House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Patio had excellent views, location was great for getting around. We did have a car so getting to and from the shuttle lots and trail heads was easier, ymmv if you don’t have one.Host promptly answered our questions when asked and had all the check in info ready in advance.Highly recommend!」
