「Hotel neodpovídá kategorii uvedené v jeho profilu. Celkový stav hotelu je zašlý, nemoderní. Jako pozitivum musím napsat, že pokoj a chodby byly v době mého pobytu čisté. Restaurace umístěná ve spodní části objektu nepůsobila přitažlivě - spíše vesnická putika, než restaurace welness penzionu. Areál penzionu opět celkově zašlý. Penzionu byl klid, nicméně se nachází na rušné křižovatce kde je ráno od časných ranních hodin silný provoz. 」

「This hotel would be OK for half the price, otherwise it is a big disappointment. The room and breakfast area dark and clammy. AC did not work, heaters went on automatically at night (in June!) and could not be turned off. Overall, the place had a feel of 1980s.」

「Good service and some good facilities (like a two lane bowling alley!) but very dated I guess this was a great hotel once but feels like no investment has been made in it for 30+ years. No aircon in rooms and dated furniture. Breakfast was basic too」

「單人房非常的小間，空間狹小而且是不規則的空間，也沒有放行李箱的架子，但有個小冰箱。建議應該入住雙人房可能由於住宿客人太少，早餐非常簡單」

「An imrovised stay in Hranice due to the Boris flooding. But it was a nice toewn with sights and also a local communication hub that allowed going to places where the trains no longer ran. The hotel was located in the centre, was nice and clean. The staff wss helpful and the breakfast was very good. Also, a real plus for the hotel’s resturant that served Italian food which was delicioud. Overal a bit of vey good stay even if it was a bit out of the planned riute.」
