「Beautiful property. Great hosts. Very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer」

「Andrew and Eli were the best. They live on the property and help with whatever is needed, within reason. The property is beyond beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the bugs were almost non-existent. Please note that the road getting in has about 20 minutes of giant dirt potholes and can be a little sketchy after heavy rains (the usual road was washed out so we had to take a longer way). 」

「We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!」

「House was amazing! Impeccably clean and very secure. Loved the bedroom set up and the rooftop deck looking out on park. Great dining options close. My only complaint was the barking dogs all night and that is something out of owners control. Would highly recommend - just bring earplugs 😉」

「Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay.」

「Perfect home away from home to explore San Ignacio. Located in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and sounds. We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s place. Terry was kind, helpful and attentive. The pool was a definite asset after hot days exploring. Laundry facilities were much appreciated. Short walk to grocery store, town, restaurants etc. Very convenient to have Cayo Expeditions pick us up right at the house for tours. We loved our stay here! 」

「The Treehouse was perfect for the last part of our Belize holiday. Tito, the caretaker was on site when we arrived. He was extremely helpful & communication was prompt. We liked how it is centrally located, so we could enjoy the many activities in and around San Ignacio. Loved hearing all the sounds of the jungle in the mornings and cooling off in the pool late in the day. A rare find for a truly different lodging experience; we would recommend The Treehouse. 」

「This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely beautiful. And the host was fantastic. Hadas set up our excursions for us and was always available to answer questions or get us a taxi into town. I highly recommend this property.」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property; everything was very clean - the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, pool. Excellent views of surrounding jungle and great location to explore Mayan ruins and do some cave tubing that wasn’t terribly close, but not a bad drive. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. I love to walk, but not once did I venture to walk up that road. Check in...

「Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We enjoyed our stay and there were plenty of places to eat and things to do. Everywhere we ate was very good. If you visit Belize don’t expect 5 star...

「All of the staff, be they front desk receptionist, servers, hired guides, grounds keepers, stable hands or gardeners could not be more accommodating, welcoming, friendly, proactive, or efficient. The accommodations were as beautiful as they were comfortable, and they fit perfectly into the natural surroundings. 」
