"The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front. There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening."

"我們一行四人在天悠有一個美好的體驗。酒店位置在小涌園的小山腰上，廣場外有免費停車場，而酒店有shuffle bus 出去鄰近的火車站，班次頻密，方便非自駕遊人仕到訪。酒店設施齊全，WiFi 信號系統好，酒店提供多項細意的安排，令客人有小驚喜。例如可以到reception 取 free token coin 換取免費雪糕。每日下午在大堂有兩場音樂會，一邊聽音樂，一邊飲hot chocolate 或sparkling wines 或coffee 或green tea，配上日本糕點或cookies，真是賞心樂事。晚餐的食物無論是賣相和味道都值得一讃，而且份量十足，另外有甜品和水果任取任食。自助早餐除西餐外，還有新鮮蒸熟的長腳蟹任食。估計因我們入住的四人房屬高級房，所以晚飯及早餐都被分配到私家房享用膳食，認真體驗VIP 的招待。我們的房間有私家車溫泉設施，不過我們也都去到公眾溫泉體驗一番，無論室內室外的温泉都很舒服，lockers 及化妝吹頭的設施齊備，冲涼的間隔位置也很大。總括來說，這段旅程非常愉快和滿意，物有所值，值得推薦👍👍"

"staff is helpful, can speak fluent english & able to provide dedicate help e.g. yamato luggage delivery (last time i was in kumamoto and staff cant provide any help at the end, we need to go to lawson for the delivery). the room with fujisan view is awesome, as well as the public onsen. one note to whom booked the breakfast - as you can imagine the location is not that convenient, many ppl tend to have hotel breakfast and the crowd starts from 730am. you have to come earlier and get the tickets first, especially if you realised there is big tour staying the same night as you. we queued for more than a hour in one morning and our itinerary has to be slightly postponed (considered the sunset is that early in winter)."
