Check-in process went smoothly, but the representative wasn't cheerful or friendly at all. Didn't offer extra info about the amenities, like making us aware of ice machine location, washer/dryer out of service, and did not inform us that the fridge went out.. Didn't learn about the fact that the continental breakfast was not being served until next morning, even when I inquired about breakfast time, etc.
Check-out process was smooth, and the morning representative was super nice and friendly, and was very apologetic about breakfast, and offered toast and coffee, and complimentary waters for us.
