「The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay.」

「Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

「There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. 」

「This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. If I ever find myself in this area again I'd book this place in a heartbeat.」

「Perfect little space on the mountain side located on a farm, owners/family were extremely welcoming and nice. It is located close to a lot of beautiful hikes and activities, food in the surrounding area was amazing. Overall a great place to experience what Switzerland can offer.」

Nice small hotel in the city

"Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough. Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station "

Horrible hotel!

"Disgusting hotel!!! There were 5 sizable spiders hanging in the ceiling on top of the beds which I won’t expect in a city hotel! More to come throughout the night which we can’t sleep at all! The trash in the hotel hasn’t been cleared and with the rubbish from the precious guests! The lamps is broken. No lift to my room as it is in the roof top. The staff is very rude! I suppose to stay 3 nights with fully paid and non-refundable but we still decided to move to another one as it is not acceptable to stay there!!!"
