"Our first two weeks in Arezzo and certainly this property exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal and special thanks to our host Stefano who welcomed us with open arms. He is a gracious host and an excellent instructor in making homemade pasta. He was most helpful suggesting sites to visit and excellent dining recommendations at every turn. "Great campsite, beautiful location and not crowded. Lovely pool, good playground and beautiful beach and lakeside area. Port at 1 minute walk with ferries to Isola Maggiore, Passignano and Castiglione. Tuoro train station at 5 minutes walk, so Perugia and Arezzo at 30 minutes. Albeit few trains stop at Tuoro. Two supermarkets at 10 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant; hard to persuade the children to leave the campsite. Overall, excellent and would consider going again! "

"We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."

"My family of four (11 and 14 year old girls) had the best four nights at this villa. The house itself was so charming and well stocked, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and welcome retreat each day after exploring the surrounding towns. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! "Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. I highly recommend every single part of this property and the wonderful chiara who looked after us so well."

"Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen.
