One bedroom has 2 queen beds that could sleep 4, another bedroom has a queen that can sleep 2, and a 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom on a twin on top, sleeping up to 3. 9 Total people could sleep here, but 6 would be the most comfortable. The entire basement is yours. There is no access to the main house above. No access to the garage area as well.
