This beautiful condo boasting 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths could not be situated at Cypremort Point any better! This fun spot is 3 doors down from the BAYVIEW! Enjoy a tasty burger while sipping on a frozen margarita on Vermillion Bay! This condo sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 queen, 2 fulls, 2 singles and 2 couches. Bring your watercraft and tie up in the back. This water accessible unit right inside the harbor with direct bay/Gulf of Mexico access is sure to impress!

Great Fishing Camp!!!
This is a very clean and comfortable fishing camp perfect for trips to Marsh Island and around Vermilion Bay. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space. Porch areas are spacious and the boat wharf is enough room for two 22' bay boats. We'll definitely be repeating this trip!

The Boat House
With the location of this house being on the water, there were a few roaches in the downstairs area. The shower has a leak which should be repaired. Mold is beginning to appear.

Family Fishing Trip
My Brother, Cousin, and I stayed at this location for fishing the Bay. It couldn't have been more perfect for our trip. It was more then what we needed at a Very fair Price. Sleeping arrangements for 3 adults was on point. Could have easily had a couple more guests. I look forward to booking this camp for future family outings!

Spent a weekend here, with the family. For those with young children this is the place. It is on the water but has a gated area where the kids can’t get out of.

Location was perfect. Wish Bayview inn was open longer hours. Food was good there. The downstairs area was perfect with the kitchen and living area in an open concept. Upstairs were 2 bedrooms. One double suite and one with bunk beds with double on the bottom. Was perfect for families with small children. Boat slip was great for our boat. Was protected from the elements. Small charcoal grill and larger gas grill. (Bring your own charcoal or propane). Fishing was fun for the kids and crabbing even though smaller crab was a lot of fun. It is really close to the bay across from the Cypremore Point Yacht Club. Some repairs to the roof took place while we were there. A heads up by the host would have been nice since we were surprised when maintenance people arrived. Several outside lights were not working....it really didn’t matter because lighting at night was adequate. It was a great place for a family to enjoy the Point.

This property has tons to offer. We are planning a return trip. The house was layed out great, rooms up stairs with a kitchenette, perfect place to pull the boat up after a great day on the water.

Friends and family fishing trip
Nicely arranged camp on a quiet street. Boat dock has a great view of the sunset during the fall season. We will be back. The bite was a bit slow due to a front that left us with a east wind but was able to land a couple bull reds, flounder, and Chanel cats. Quoting my friend “the best trip iv ever had not catching fish” .

Ryan was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. This was a perfect camp with 2 boat slips which was exactly what we needed. We had a 36 foot yellowfin that had room to spare in one of the slips! Exactly what we needed.

On Point at Cypremort Point!
We came across this property by a stroke of luck. We had been looking at the State Park for availability and there never seems to be any. Also, there aren't many places for rent a Cypremort Point. While searching VRBO this was the only place that came up. It had one review that went into great detail about a "mold problem". we went ahead and booked a 3 day weekend and brought along a few mold cleaning supplies just in case. I'm happy to say this place was "super clean"! The pictures were accurate and the host responded to every message with 5 minutes. Being from the area and just knowing what every property owner went through with last year's hurricane season, I'd have to say the owner's of this property put a ton of work into this place to keep it available. Great location if you have a boat. Fuel, Ice, bait, food and drinks all available before you head out! We will definitely rent this place again and recommend this place for a great family fun on Vermilion Bay!
