The guest house refused to cancel one of the rooms because they were fully booked and notice was too short. They explained that if they were notified earlier they would have given it to another client. They did not know why hotels.com still had them listed as having rooms available on their site. I was bounced between them and hotels.com. Stuck with two rooms. One had a somewhat musty smell...
