Summary:
This charming cottage is perfect for couples or small families. Nestled at the end of a quiet walkable street, it offers extra privacy and safety with a protective brick wall. The well-lit driveway and entrance, adorned with dusk-to-dawn string lights, ensure an easy check in. A fully stocked kitchen, smart TV and high speed WiFi for the business traveller. For coffee lovers, we provide Community Coffee both pods & pre-measured grounds.

The Space:
This cozy cottage features two luxe king beds with high quality linens for a comfortable nights sleep. A recent remodel & tasteful decor offers a comfortable stay. A new model washer/dryer are also available in the home for guest use.

Second Stay
This is a great little property and my second time to stay here. Very clean and excellent safe location on a dead end street. Well stocked with coffee which is so nice. Extra paper towels and laundry detergent etc. Very comfortable property.

Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed this cozy adorable home for an extended weekend. The neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe. It was close to everything you could need. This was so much better than having to share a hotel room.

Excellent rental if you are visiting ULM
I stayed at this rental as I helped my son move into his college housing for the year. Close to campus, much nicer than nearby hotels, very safe area and charming accommodations. I will stay here again on my next visit if it is available - a real gem!

Well stocked
This was a cute little house that feels safely positioned at the end of a dead end street. It came stocked with coffee and cold water in the fridge which is SO NICE after traveling all day. There was extra TP, papertowels and even laundry detergent - little things like that make a difference. Didnt have any issues at all. Would recommend.

Great place to stay
The property is very clean and safe. We stayed here with two small children and had no issues at all. It’s located closely to restaurants and has easy access to 165N and Forsythe. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to town.
