“The property was very clean with a nice decor. Daniel Island was a great location, seemed central to downtown Charleston as well as other outlying islands. I would say the property description was a little misleading. This is definitely a studio apt, not a 1 bedroom. That being said there was plenty of room, it was just all in one large room other than the small kitchenette. ”

“Our room was very clean. The owner introduced himself and was very helpful. The lake was beautiful. Only complaint....we were on the bottom floor and the person above us....we could hear his every footstep....”

“This property was perfect for our stay. My husband has some mobility issues and it was easy in and out, plus the tiled floor helped. It really had everything we needed and easy to get to the beach. We visit every year in Feb and would love to stay again. The only comment I would have was that since the weather was colder, we needed to use the quilt from the second bedroom on the bed also since the one in the master wasn’t quite warm enough in it’s own. I am sure it would have been fine in the……

“We loved our stay in Charleston. This house was a hidden gem, tucked off the main road but just a few minutes walk to everything King Street has to offer. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy kitchen/living spaces. Highly recommend, epsecially if you want the convenience of downtown with a little more character. ”

There was construction going on in front of the property but we knew that going into the trip. Really wasn’t an issue. The spot was clean and perfect for a big group. Overall great experience. ”
