This two bedroom condo is located on the 10th floor of the building, with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. It sleeps 8 and has been recently remodeled, has tile throughout the condo with white cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen. It has a comfortable cottage style look. There are two bedrooms, the Master has a King bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two double beds and an entry to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

The condo has new furniture throughout. There is a 51 inch flat screen television in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen television, ceiling fan for added comfort, and blackout curtains for the late sleepers to block out the sun. The master bath has a walk-in shower, and hairdryer.
The guest bedroom, has two double beds and a flat screen television. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination and a hairdryer.
Sliding glass doors lead out to the large balcony, that run from the master bedroom to the living room, it is very spacious and features a pub height table and chair set so you can see the incredible view. This unit conveniently has a full sized washer and dryer with free WiFi.
The iconic Edgewater is located off Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. The design of Edgewater was inspired by a hotel in the French Riviera. The unique step like design and lush landscape spans out from the building and towards the white sand beach. Clusters of palm trees and a natural lagoon with a fountain decorate the landscape. Two large swimming pools sit beside one another and are beside the sugary shoreline. A waterfall cascades into one pool, while the other is seasonally heated for year round use. They overlook the beautiful beach, so you can enjoy a fresh water pool or a minute later be dipping your feet into the Gulf! A relaxing hot tub is available for adults and a wading pool for the littles, so there is something for everyone! A Tiki Bar and Grill has snacks for poolside while sipping on tropical drinks. The outdoor grills are close by, along with basketball courts, shuffleboard, a putting green, a kids playground and a fitness center.
