「We escaped for a couple of days after the hustle and bustle of the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately, Mother Nature gave us warmer weather and little to no snow but we made the most of it! We spent a day in Wausau skiing and tubing and otherwise enjoyed time at the house and exploring Minocqua. The house is beautiful. It is updated and on the lake. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and appliances but...

「The overall experience was good. The view from the deck is outstanding. The only issue we had was when using the oven it smoked up the cottage. The amenities were great. On our first night it was cold and the furnace warmed it right up. We would return to the Loon Lodge.」
