I was locked out of my room for the night without any access to my personal belongings, including toiletries, clothing, personal items, or even my child's medication. The staff EVENTUALLY gave me a different room to sleep in for the night and stated that building maintenance would arrive the following morning to repair the broken door lock at which point I could retrieve my belongings. I was then promised I would be reimbursed for my stay due to this very poor experience, but after leaving the property, the hotel claimed to not know anything about the situation during multiple attempts to follow up. Needless to say, I was never reimbursed, they were just saying anything they could to get me to leave.
