「Everything was awsome from the minute we walked in the door. It is so quiet and peaceful. The cottage was clean and stocked with everything you need and more! All you need to bring is you clothes and food . The bottle of wine that was left for us was a very nice touch. We are definitely coming back here.」

「Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!」

「We were at Cutis’s lovely home for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with the kids and grandkids. There was something for everyone there! Everyone enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. It was fun to try shuffleboard and air hockey. The kids took out the canoe and a kayak and the young ones even had a quick dip in the lake. Others just fished. The whole area is beautiful, especially in the fall. We were very happy with our time together...

「The children enjoyed their time at the cottage. There's enough activities for everyone to do (kayaking, canoeing, pedal boat. They also have firepit where you can roast marshmallows. The property has an ample space to play freebies, badminton, volleyball and basketball. The cottage is a little outdated but it is spacious. Our overall experience was great. Ali was great too..We will go back to this property again..」

「We enjoyed the cottage! Our host Sherri got in touch to ensure that we had a way to get to the cottage as it’s water access only. We arrived to a neat and tidy place. Swimming off the dock was enjoyed by our youngest who is 4 and our oldest at 17!! Fishing from the dock or picking any location on Ravens lake with either the row boat, canoe or kayak (all provided) was awesome for all of us! The lake is a good size to cruise in the boat and just explore and we also did some tubing. Very friendly...

「The cottage is located on a little lake within the town of Bracebridge. This made getting to and from the Bracebridge Sportsplex very simple. We love the spaciousness cottage. It had everything we needed and then some. Our only issue was the fact that we could not drink the water. Also, because we had swimmers staying with us attending a swimming camp, a washer and dryer would’ve come in handy. I’ll be the owner was amusing! 「The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be...

「Staff were fantastic and very friendly and accommodating. My only two complaints really is that it says you are booking queen sized beds but they are more like double beds. Also the floors in our room were so cold. Pool and sauna were nice 」

「The location is beautiful, the staff are welcoming and rooms are very clean. The 30$ resort fee is a bit unfair (includes wifi, parking, swimming bath towels) as these should be built into the price of the rooms just like every other hotel/resort. The food was also delicious for 15/person. Overall i would visit here next fall for sure!」
