"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all helpful and kind. The food was delicious (be prepared for A LOT of food at breakfast and dinner) and we loved our in-room onsen . The hotel is showing its age with some visible wear and tear but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend staying here. "Property was located in a good location. We were upgraded which was a nice touch, unsure of where the free VIP Expedia gift card was located as wasn't given one. Room was large however could do with a refurb, some chipped paint and dated decor. However the stay was nice and the reception staff were friendly. Did not use the restaurant. Free parking and restaurants etc nearby but will need to drive for these. Room was clean but as mentioned could do with a refurb but wouldn't deter me returning."
