「Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location...

「We had difficulty finding a place to host our family of (5) comfortably and had 2 bathrooms. This house was just that and more! We enjoyed being able to cook some of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, even baked cookies, and relaxed and watched a movie in the Family Room. The location is outstanding, walking distance to a lot of places. The grocery store is only 3 minutes away walking! Tim was prompt to respond; answered all my questions and made the check-in process easy. Thanks Tim...

「Convenient location close to the train station for access to downtown. Safe area, also close to park and beach. Unit was very clean and had everything needed. Dryer takes a little long but that's typical with all-in-one units. No designated parking if you have a car but was able to find close street parking.」

「The unit was spotlessly clean. The location was good with the T line a short walk away. Communication was excellent. Overall, we were all very pleased with the accommodations. Would definitely recommend. 」

「My husband and i loved the ocean front views and sounds and walk on the beach in the morning The location was great close to salem and marblehead a beautiful little town . The place was clean and we loved the eclectic antique style and furnishings that were super comfortable also love the big wood burning fireplace..our Host was top notch immediate response and care for whatever you needed made for a great experience. 「The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.」

「It was a good location for doing things south of Boston. Didn't know there was so many level steps up and down inside the house. Very minimal and basic. Need some cosmetic work. Over all good.」

「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
